Sean Murphy joined Bay West in 2003 and later founded Pacific Development in 2017 focusing on housing development on the West Coast. Since then, he’s been responsible for the entitlement and development of over 2,500 residential units.

Sean brings a strategic vision and entrepreneurial drive that shape the firm's core investment and development philosophy. With a deep understanding of real estate cycles, capital markets, and entitlement processes, he leads the firm's efforts to identify, structure, and execute high-impact development and acquisition opportunities across the West Coast.

His responsibilities span investment strategy, capital formation, project sourcing, entitlements, and strategic partnerships. Under Sean’s leadership, Pacific Development has built a diverse portfolio encompassing multifamily, mixed-use, student housing, and master-planned communities, each grounded in disciplined underwriting and long-term value creation.

Prior to founding the firm, Sean held senior roles at Sante Fe Partners and was a lead Architect at Skidmore Owings & Merrill.

Sean's educational background includes Graduate studies of Business and Architecture at the University of California at Berkeley and a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from the Ohio State University. He is a member of the AIA and ULI. Sean is a member of the AIA and ULI. He is also an Advisory Board Member at the University of Colorado @ Boulder - Leeds School of Business.

As Partner at Pacific Development, Brendan plays a central role in shaping the firm’s future growth and built environment—overseeing design execution, construction strategy, and the development of new deal opportunities. With a strong foundation in large-scale projects and a sharp eye for detail, Brendan ensures that each venture reflects the firm’s commitment to quality, efficiency, and long-term value.

Brendan brings deep expertise from his long tenure at Turner Construction, where he oversaw the delivery of some of the most complex and technically demanding projects in the country. His experience spans high-rise residential, hospitality, mixed-use developments, and institutional buildings—equipping him with a builder’s mindset and an instinct for solving challenges in the field.

At Pacific Development, Brendan oversees the design and construction process from concept through completion, aligning the creative vision with budget and schedule. He also plays a key role in sourcing new opportunities through strategic partnerships, relationships with landowners, brokers, and municipal stakeholders, expanding the firm’s reach into new submarkets and product types.

Brendan’s leadership is grounded in precision, creativity, and a deep respect for the craft of building. His dual focus on execution and opportunity makes him a driving force behind the firm’s continued growth.

Brendan earned his Bachelor of Science in Structural Engineering from the Ohio State University in 1997, laying the foundation for his successful career in construction management.

Prior to joining Pacific Development, Andrew built a distinguished career at Turner Construction, where he managed large-scale, complex developments across various asset types throughout the state of California. At Pacific Development, Nick is responsible for all financial reporting, accounting, tax compliance, and entity governance, ensuring the firm operates with transparency, efficiency, and precision. He also plays a key role in forecasting investment returns and managing the firm’s financial performance across active developments and long-term holdings.

Prior to joining Pacific Development, Nick held key finance roles at Airbnb, driving tax compliance and financial reporting for one of the world’s most recognized technology brands. Earlier in his career, he served as a tax accountant for high-net-worth individuals, advising clients on complex entity structures, real estate holdings, and generational wealth planning.

Nick’s ability to bridge strategic finance with detailed execution makes him a trusted advisor within the firm, providing leadership across capital planning, compliance, and investor reporting.
