LAUNCH is part of the Alameda Marina master plan located on Clement Avenue in between Schiller and Alameda Marina Drive. The project consists of 368 multifamily dwelling units ranging from studios, 1 bedroom, 2 bedroom, and work/live units. There are 416 off-street parking spots provided for residents and guests to the facilities along with bike parking. The building will be both four and five stories tall, and cover a site area of approximately 170,583 sf.  This project consists of 3 types of construction; IA (Garage), Type IIIA and V (Residential).

LAUNCH will provide an onsite leasing office for management of residents and future residents. There are 4 interior courtyards with pool, spa, dog runs, kitchenettes, fire pits, and lounge seating. Other amenities in this project include roof decks with BBQ and fire pits, a fitness room, and club room.

At the street level the building gives connection from Clement to the Bay Trail and other Marina amenities through a double height, twenty feet wide pedestrian corridor. The corridor travels along the amenity bar and interior courtyards of the project allowing all the great aspects of this site and project building to connect with one another, along with direct views of the water from Clement Avenue.
