Phase II includes 98 small lot detached for-sale homes which are a combination of 2-story and 3-story homes ranging from1,800sf to 2,200sf.
Phase III consists of 276 garden style apartments with units ranging from 1 bedroom, 2 bedroom and 3 bedroom units. There are 555 parking spots provided for residents and guests.
