The Santa Rosa Masterplan is located in Santa Rosa, CA near the North Station SMART rail line and within walking distance of Whole Foods and Coddingtown Mall. This project consists of three separate phases of housing, which totals 770 units. The site is located along Guerneville Road and Lance Drive and consists of over 34 acres.
