Overview
UNR Student Housing is a 345-bedroom community consisting of 125 units, ranging from studios to five-bedrooms. Situated on 0.89-acre site which sits on the western edge of the University of Nevada @ Reno campus. Parking will consist of 150 parking stalls together with 60 spaces for bicycle parking. The construction is Type III wood-frame over a Type I concrete podium. Amenities will include a social lounge, game room, study rooms as well as a rooftop terrace with BBQ and fire pits. The rooftop terrace will offer amazing views of campus, downtown and the Sierra mountains. The units will come fully furnished including in the living and bedroom areas and will offer hardwood style flooring, quartz countertops, stainless appliances and 50” televisions.
The University of Nevada @ Reno has an enrollment of 21,500 students. The campus is home to the large-scale structures laboratory in the College of Engineering, which has put Nevada researchers at the forefront nationally in a wide range of civil engineering, earthquake and large-scale structures testing and modeling.
